What data we process and why
- When you write to us through the form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp: the data you give us (first name, surname, email, phone, dates, number of guests and message), to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare your stay.
- If you book: the data needed to manage your stay and to meet the legal obligations of tourist accommodation, such as registering guests and reporting them to the authorities.
Why we are allowed to do so
Your consent when you send us your enquiry; steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (preparing a booking); and compliance with legal obligations (guest registration).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking, for one year at most. Data about stays, for as long as the applicable law requires.
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it (for example, with the police for guest registration or with the tax authorities). Some providers process it only on our behalf: the hosting of this website (servers in the European Union) and email (Microsoft 365, with data stored in the European Union). If you book through Booking.com, Booking is responsible for the data you give it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability by writing to info@lacasademartina.com. If needed, we will ask you to prove your identity. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This website only uses one technical cookie, pll_language, to remember the language you chose. It does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
